cbaje Terms and Conditions

Reading and agreeing to these Terms in full is a prerequisite for using any service on the cbaje platform. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to cbaje's website, mobile application and all digital services. These Terms remain in effect when using any game, promotion or payment service available on the platform.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

1.3 Third-Party Services

To open an account on cbaje, users must provide accurate and complete information. cbaje reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to the user.
• cbaje must be informed immediately if any account details change.
• An account cannot be opened in the name of or on behalf of another person.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification

All services on cbaje are for persons aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

At registration, users must confirm that they are a legal resident of Bangladesh and are over 21 years of age. In case of any doubt, cbaje may request verification of a national identity card or birth certificate.

All transactions on the cbaje platform are conducted entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Payment Methods

cbaje currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for both deposits and withdrawals. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Limits and Timings

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete.
• Verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

The user's account must have sufficient balance for a withdrawal. Any funds earned from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. cbaje reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request.

cbaje offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus; to become eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• cbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

All games offered on cbaje are operated by certified game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game starts.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. cbaje and its staff do not interfere with game results. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, cbaje may declare that game void.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set maximum and minimum bet limits. Odds may change after a match begins in sports betting. In-play betting odds are updated in real time.

6.3 Technical Issues

cbaje is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue. In such situations, the result will be determined according to the game server records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaje platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to exploit bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical fault in the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or account.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.

In certain circumstances, cbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel a user's account.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• Identity not verified.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Required to meet legal obligations.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any balance before making the request. cbaje will process the request once all conditions are met.
